Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is The Global League?+

The Global League is a private office for the person, not the portfolio — one trusted team that runs the operating system of an exceptional individual's life. Founded by Annie and Aubree and based in Scottsdale, Arizona, the firm handles lifestyle operations, travel access, household and estate oversight, bill-pay and expense oversight, vendor and project management, and more. A family office runs your wealth. We run your life.

How is The Global League different from a family office or a concierge?+

A family office manages wealth. A concierge runs errands. The Global League is a private office — one trusted team that runs the operating system of your life. We sit alongside your family office and advisors; we never hold client funds, never give licensed financial, legal, or tax advice, and we never promise 'unlimited.' What we deliver is complete operational accountability for how your life actually runs.

How is The Global League different from hiring an executive assistant?+

An executive assistant supports one dimension of your professional life. The Global League runs the full operating system — household and estate oversight, family logistics, medical coordination, vendor and project management, bill-pay oversight, travel design, and experiences — with the confidentiality standards of a private office, protected from day one by a mutual NDA.

What does The Global League actually run?+

We begin every engagement with a Life Audit — a structured onboarding that maps the full operating picture of a principal's life. From there we run: household and estate oversight, calendar and scheduling, family logistics, medical scheduling and coordination, vendor and project management, personal and corporate billing management (never custody of funds), back office and corporate overhead operations, residential property operations, travel design and access, experiences, and gifting. At the top tier, we place a dedicated person on-site and traveling with you.

Does The Global League travel with clients?+

Yes. Through the Private Presence membership, The Global League places a dedicated person on-site and traveling alongside the client. This includes physical presence at estates, in-person management during international travel, on-the-ground support at global events, and estate staging — wherever the client's life requires it.

Is there a service that manages scheduling, medical appointments, and daily logistics?+

Yes. Day-to-day operations are a core function of The Global League. We manage calendars and scheduling, coordinate complex medical appointments, handle family logistics, and run the operational back office that keeps a principal's life running without friction — locally, nationally, or globally depending on membership scope.

How do I inquire about The Global League's membership?+

All inquiries begin through the application form on The Global League website. Each application is reviewed personally by the founding partners — never by an assistant or delegate. Approved applicants are contacted directly and privately to discuss service scope, rates, and the mutual NDA before any further engagement.

How much does The Global League cost?+

Pricing details for all memberships are shared privately upon application review. The Global League does not publish rates publicly. Each engagement is scoped precisely to the client's life — there is no off-the-shelf package. Rate information is discussed in a confidential conversation after an application is reviewed and approved.

How many clients does The Global League accept?+

The Global League accepts a strictly limited number of clients to ensure every principal receives full, undivided attention. This is not a scalable agency model — it is a personal service relationship built on trust. The roster is deliberately kept small to preserve quality and exclusivity. When capacity is reached, qualified applicants are waitlisted.

What membership tiers does The Global League offer?+

The Global League offers four memberships: The Standard (Life Operations and Lifestyle & Access, run locally and nationally), The Global (the complete private office — global travel, household, and full family logistics), Private Presence (everything in The Global plus a dedicated person on-site and traveling with you), and The Custom (a fully bespoke engagement blending personal and corporate operations). Scope is matched to each client; rates are shared privately upon application.

Who are the founders of The Global League?+

The Global League was co-founded by Annie and Aubree, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Annie leads Experience & Lifestyle — white-glove execution, travel design, and client relationships. Aubree leads Operations & Trust — operating rigor, financial discipline, vendor and project management, and the systems behind the firm. Together they review every application personally.

Does The Global League sign an NDA with every client?+

Yes. Every engagement begins with a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Discretion is not a feature — it is the foundational standard. No client information, travel plans, lifestyle details, or personal matters are ever discussed, shared, or disclosed under any circumstances.
